WITH LOVE LIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

With Love Live is produced by Ginger Marie Corwin LLC (“Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending With Love Live, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

TICKETS & REFUNDS

All ticket purchases, upgrades, and add-ons for With Love Live are final and non-refundable.

Because event expenses and commitments are made in advance based on registration, refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather, or other personal circumstances.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred to another person without prior written approval from the Organizer.

EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

Event details, including the schedule, activities, speakers, facilitators, venue arrangements, and other elements of the experience, may be changed when reasonably necessary.

If With Love Live is canceled by the Organizer and not rescheduled, attendees will receive a refund of the amount paid directly to the Organizer for their event ticket.

The Organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, or other expenses incurred in connection with attending the event.

If circumstances outside of the Organizer’s reasonable control require the event to be postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled event. Any additional options will be communicated to registered attendees at that time.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

With Love Live is a personal growth and educational experience that may include guided reflection, writing, meditation, movement, group discussion, storytelling, sharing, and other experiential activities.

Some conversations or exercises may bring up emotional or difficult memories. Participation in all activities and sharing opportunities is voluntary. You are always responsible for deciding what feels appropriate for you and may choose not to participate in any activity, exercise, discussion, or sharing opportunity.

With Love Live and its content are intended for educational and personal-development purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, trauma therapy, diagnosis, or other professional services.

If you have concerns about whether participation is appropriate for you, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

Every person’s experience is different.

While With Love Live is designed to encourage reflection, connection, personal growth, and greater self-awareness, no specific personal, emotional, professional, financial, wellness, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in With Love Live is subject to the applicable Participant Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release provided by Ginger Marie Corwin LLC.

Each adult attendee is responsible for accepting the applicable Liability Waiver on their own behalf before participating. If one purchaser buys tickets for additional adult guests, the purchaser’s acceptance of the Liability Waiver does not constitute acceptance on behalf of those guests.

By attending and participating in With Love Live, you understand that an in-person event and its activities may involve inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks, including physical and emotional risks associated with applicable activities, reflection, journaling, storytelling, group discussion, movement, and other experiential components.

Please review the Participant Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release for additional information concerning voluntary participation, assumption of risk, health and medical responsibility, emotional and reflective activities, emergency assistance, and release of certain legal claims.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & AUDIO

Photography, video recording, and/or audio recording may take place during With Love Live by the Organizer and/or authorized photographers, videographers, or members of the event team.

By attending, you understand that you may appear in photographs, video, or audio captured during the event and give Ginger Marie Corwin LLC and Ginger Marie Corwin permission to use your image, likeness, and voice for purposes related to With Love Live and Ginger Marie Corwin’s work, including event recaps, websites, social media, email marketing, advertising, and future promotional materials, without additional compensation.

You also understand and agree that authorized event photographer Whatnot Shop Photography and event venue Nature Valley Lodge may be provided access to photographs captured at With Love Live and may use photographs in which you appear for their respective portfolios, websites, social media, business promotion, advertising, and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

Photographs may be edited, cropped, resized, or otherwise reasonably modified for these permitted uses, provided they are not used in a materially misleading or defamatory manner.

If you do not wish to be intentionally photographed or recorded, please notify the Organizer before the event or inform the event team at check-in. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor your request. Because this is a live group event, appearance in wide-angle, crowd, or background footage cannot be completely guaranteed to be excluded.

PRIVACY & RESPECT FOR OTHER ATTENDEES

With Love Live is intended to create a respectful environment for reflection, sharing, and connection.

Attendees may choose to share personal experiences during group discussions or activities. Please respect the privacy of others and do not publicly share another attendee’s personal story, private disclosures, or identifying information without their permission.

While attendees are asked to respect one another’s privacy, complete confidentiality in a group event setting cannot be guaranteed.

Attendees may take personal photographs where permitted, but please ask permission before photographing, recording, or publicly sharing identifiable content featuring another attendee.

EVENT CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to treat one another, event staff, volunteers, speakers, facilitators, photographers, videographers, and venue personnel with respect.

Harassment, threatening behavior, intentional disruption, violation of another attendee’s reasonable privacy or boundaries, or conduct that jeopardizes the safety or experience of others may result in removal from the event without a refund.

FOOD & ALLERGIES

Food and beverages may be provided as part of certain ticket options or event experiences.

While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs communicated in advance, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Attendees are responsible for determining whether food or beverages provided are appropriate for their individual dietary needs or allergies.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ginger Marie Corwin LLC, Ginger Marie Corwin, With Love Live, event staff, volunteers, contractors, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

EVENT CONTENT & MATERIALS

Event presentations, exercises, reflection prompts, written materials, recordings, branding, and other original content provided as part of With Love Live are intended for attendees’ personal, noncommercial use.

Event content may not be professionally recorded, reproduced, distributed, sold, taught, published, used to create another program or event, or otherwise used commercially without prior written permission from Ginger Marie Corwin LLC.

Nothing in these Terms prevents attendees from discussing their own personal experiences or insights from the event.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR STORYTELLER EXPERIENCE PARTICIPANTS

If you participate in the Storyteller Experience, you understand that your on-stage conversation will take place in front of a live audience and may be photographed, video recorded, and/or audio recorded.

You are always in control of what you choose to share and are never required to disclose anything you are not comfortable sharing publicly.

By participating in the Storyteller Experience, you give Ginger Marie Corwin LLC and Ginger Marie Corwin permission to use photographs, video, and/or audio captured during your Storyteller Experience for event recaps, websites, social media, email marketing, advertising, and future promotion of With Love Live and related offerings, without additional compensation.

You also understand and agree that Whatnot Shop Photography and Nature Valley Lodge may have access to photographs captured during your Storyteller Experience and may use photographs in which you appear for their respective portfolios, websites, social media, advertising, business promotion, and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

Because the Storyteller Experience is specifically designed to include an on-stage conversation that may be professionally photographed or recorded, please contact the Organizer before the event if you have questions or concerns regarding photography, video, audio recording, or permitted uses.

Please be mindful of the privacy of others when sharing personal stories and avoid sharing private or identifying information about another person without their permission.

Participation does not guarantee that photographs or recordings will be captured, provided to you, published, or otherwise used.

WEBSITE TERMS, PRIVACY & DISCLAIMER

Your purchase and use of the Organizer’s website may also be subject to Ginger Marie Corwin LLC’s applicable Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Personal information collected in connection with registration and attendance will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

ADDITIONAL EVENT TERMS

Certain ticket types, upgrades, add-ons, dinners, overnight experiences, or other components of With Love Live may be subject to additional written terms presented at purchase or registration.

If specific written terms for an offering directly conflict with these general With Love Live Terms & Conditions regarding the same subject matter, the more specific terms will control for that offering.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending With Love Live, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Where one person purchases tickets for additional adult guests, the purchaser’s agreement to these Terms does not constitute that guest’s acceptance of any separate Participant Liability Waiver required for participation. Each adult attendee is responsible for completing any required individual waiver before participating.
