Please read this waiver carefully before using this Website owned by Ginger Marie Corwin LLC.

By enrolling in my Yoga and/or Face Yoga class(es), event(s), or retreat(s) you are agreeing to the terms listed in my liability waiver.

I understand that Yoga/Face Yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. If at any time during the class, I feel discomfort or strain, I will gently come out of the posture and rest. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body and inform my teacher immediately. 

I understand that Yoga/Face Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga/Face Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I understand that I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including Yoga/Face Yoga. 

I certify I am fit to participate in this Yoga/Face Yoga class, event, or retreat. I am not currently suffering from any known ailment, sickness or injury that poses a risk to myself, or others.

I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of pregnancy, any serious illness or injury before every Yoga/Face Yoga class, event, or retreat. I certify I have no known contraindications to practicing Yoga/ Face Yoga.

I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice Yoga/Face Yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Ginger Marie Corwin LLC.

Those under 18 years of age must have signed consent by a parent or guardian.
