I am certified teacher of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method. The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method works to tone the skin and facial muscles, relax tension, smooth wrinkles, and boost blood flow. With a daily Face Yoga practice your face will look and feel healthy, firm, and radiant.

This method has 5 aspects and goes much deeper than just physical appearances. Although Face Yoga can help you look good on the outside it also focuses on feeling good on the inside.

  2. Submit payment. 

To Sign up, do these two things:

Prior To Meeting:

I will email you to confirm your scheduled time and receipt of payment within 24 hours of submission. At that time you will receive a required new client questionnaire which I will need returned at least 24 hours prior to our session to create your personalized face yoga program.

This initial session is 50 minutes long and done via Zoom. I can also accommodate Skype or FaceTime requests if need be. Call information will be provided in my welcome email.

A 15 minute check in will take place 8-10 weeks after our first session.
