Friday October 24 - saturday October 25, 2025

The Stanford House, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, OH

Awaken. Renew. Reconnect.

The crisp autumn air. The crunch of golden leaves beneath your feet. The glow of a crackling fire under a starry October sky.

Autumn Awakening is your invitation to slow down, savor the season, and realign with yourself in one of Ohio’s most breathtaking settings — Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This overnight retreat is designed to help you let go of what’s been weighing you down, reconnect with your body and breath, and step into the final months of the year with clarity, gratitude, and renewed energy.

This is not just a getaway—it’s a soul reset.

Imagine a night where you can simply be—with no to-do lists, no demands, just a time to recharge, have fun, and be truly present. With dinner and breakfast prepared by a private chef, this experience is curated to support your journey of inner peace and well-being. Return home feeling centered, refreshed, and empowered to embrace the next season of your life with renewed purpose and clarity.

I attended a class with Ginger about eight months ago and was immediately captivated by her cheerful demeanor, vibrant energy, and the joyful atmosphere she creates. This inspired me to join one of her hiking retreats, where I felt warmly welcomed despite going alone. The retreat was exceptionally well-organized and thoughtfully planned. I am eagerly anticipating my next experience with her.

I have attended classes and a weekend retreat organized by Ginger. I feel like I am in safe, secure and knowledgeable hands. Ginger has the ability to calmly give her attention to each individual that comes into her sphere. Coupled with her unbelievably relevant and deep understanding of yoga, meditation and sound healing, this caring approach makes me feel inspired, content and at the same time willing to put forth effort to explore outside my comfort zone! I appreciate how much Ginger offers to her students; and look forward to more growth and groundedness in her presence.
