Making "Unrealistic" Dreams a Reality

Many of you might not know this about me but I am a HUGE fan of the TV show Revenge. In season 3 episode 10, Emily and Daniel marry. The church they get married in on the show is Wayfarers Chapel, in Palos Verdes, CA. When I watched the episode for the first time, I fell in love and thought it would be a dream come true to marry my soul mate, one day, at Wayfarers Chapel.

At the time, the idea of meeting my soul mate much less getting married in my dream venue, seemed like a far distance and unrealistic dream. I wanted to find true love more than anything but kept attracting men that were not looking for a relationship and did not want to commit. I was lonely, unhappy, and feeling unconfident in myself and what I had to offer.

A year and a half ago, I began my journey to find a deeper level of happiness and self-love. I was coached on, researched, and read all about being happy and began to implement what I learned into my daily life. Within weeks, I noticed a huge shift in my mindset and my life drastically changed. Six months later, I met my soul mate and one year later we got engaged. Yesterday, we visited Wayfarers Chapel as a potential wedding venue.

I share this story because I know how far fetched your dreams and desires can seem sometimes. Two years ago, when I cried everyday and felt that I was not worthy of love, I would have never thought that I would be where I am today. I did not think that I would ever be this happy. I did not think I would find love, much less be engaged. I did not think I would double my income and land my dream job. I did not think I would live in an ocean view place in Venice, CA. I did not think that I would be an entrepreneur and own my own business.  BUT I DID all of those things.

If I can make drastic changes in my life, so can you. If I can make what I thought were far fetched dreams a reality, so can you.

What is your biggest desire? Do you want to find the one, travel the world, have financial freedom, move into your dream home, or finally have a job that lights you up? I know from experience this all can relate to your level of happiness and capacity for self-love. When I make the decision to be happy and truly love myself for who I am, my whole life changed.

No matter what you desire, it is possible for you. No desire is too far fetched and you can have everything you want. You can make drastic changes in your life. The first step is making the decision to be happy. When you feel good, the magic begins to unfold.

With Love and Gratitude,
